Andy: from “never set foot in a gym” to strong, confident and in control

When Andy first came to THRIVE Fit, he’d already made good progress on his own, tightening up habits and seeing some changes in his weight and fitness through home workouts. But after a while, things began to stall.

The scale stopped moving in the right direction. A bit of weight crept back on and clothes that had fit comfortably six months earlier started to feel tight again. There was that familiar, frustrating choice on the horizon: either accept it and buy bigger clothes… or find a way to move forward properly.

He knew that to unlock the “next phase” of progress, he’d need to do something he’d never done before: step into an actual gym and start strength training. The problem was, the idea of a gym was his biggest barrier in itself.

Andy had never set foot in one, so the equipment was unfamiliar. He didn’t know how to use the machines, what good form looked like, or how hard he should be pushing. More than anything, he didn’t want to be the person who felt out of place, worried about what others might think or say. The typical busy commercial gym environment just didn’t appeal.

What he did know, though, was that carrying on as he was would only take him so far. He wanted to feel fitter and stronger, not just lighter. He wanted to be able to climb a big set of stairs without feeling out of breath. And he wanted his clothes to fit comfortably again, without having to replace his wardrobe.

So he looked for something that felt manageable: a private, supportive environment where he could learn properly, without judgement. That’s what led him to THRIVE Fit.

From his first session, the aim was clear: build his confidence and competence in the gym, while helping him move steadily towards his goals. We focused on teaching him the basics well: how to move safely, how to use the equipment, what good form feels like, and how to find that edge where he was challenged but not overwhelmed.

Over the following months, the changes added up. He lost around 9kg in total, enough not only to get back into the clothes he’d been wearing six months before, but even into smaller sizes. Strength increased in both his legs and arms, and he started to see more definition and shape across his body. The breathlessness on big stair climbs faded, and everyday tasks felt easier. He didn’t just see the difference; he could feel it in how he moved.

Alongside the physical shifts, there was a quieter, equally important transformation: confidence.

The environment he’d once found intimidating became somewhere he understood. He learned how to set up and use equipment correctly, how to judge his form, and how to push his limits safely. While he’s still not desperate to join a huge public gym, he now walks into his office gym without hesitation, knowing exactly what to do and how to do it.

What began as a way to break through a plateau has turned into something bigger: a new perception of what training can be, and a genuine belief in his ability to keep building on the progress he’s made.

In Andy’s words:

“As someone who had never set foot in a gym through fear of not knowing what to do or how to do it, I specifically looked for a private gym with people I knew I could work with. I’ve lost around 9kg in total, which has allowed me to fit back into the clothes from 6 months ago, but also smaller ones. I've felt much fitter, I can feel strength improvements in both my legs and my arms, and with more definition. It's changed my perception of what a gym and what a PT can be, and how it can help improve your fitness, strength and overall health. From start to finish, THRIVE Fit have been helpful, supportive and non-judgemental. If you are on the fence, just go and speak with them and you'll quickly know how supportive they will be.”

Christos: from stalled progress to the strongest he’s been in years

Christos’ THRIVE Fit story doesn’t really start when he came to us. Throughout his time with us, he’d already shown what most people struggle with: consistency. He was turning up, put sessions in the diary, and doing the work week after week. To begin with, his results were as good as we could have hoped.

But after months of effort, something started to shift. Progress slowed, his body composition stopped moving in the direction he wanted, and his body didn’t seem to be changing in the way it had at the start.

It’s that quiet, frustrating plateau most people hit at some point. The invisible wall where you’re still trying, but the payoff gets smaller and smaller. For a lot of people, that is where the story ends. They decide, “Maybe this is just it now,” and gradually ease off.

Christos could have done the same. Instead, he got honest with himself about what was missing. He didn’t need more “willpower”…he needed a new structure. Training that was smarter around his current position, whilst maintaining his high level of intensity.

Together, we rebuilt his plan around his new norm, not just ploughing ahead with his current one with rigid focus.

We looked at how he moved, how he recovered, how his weeks really worked in practice. The goal wasn’t to tear everything up and start again, but to refine it. To line up his training, nutrition, and recovery so they were all pulling in the same direction - without it costing him the convenience he needed around a busy work life.

What followed over the next couple of months wasn’t an overnight transformation. It was focused progress that built on and sped up the consistency he already had. The difference this time was that every session, every adjustment, and every check-in was stacked towards a clear outcome. And the results reflected that:

Christos has dropped 24kg in total with us, with 22.1kg of that coming directly from body fat. But since we altered his plan to truly push forward, he hit his lowest body weight and body fat in years. Not by chasing extreme methods, but by following a system that made sense for his body and his life.

And like everything we do at THRIVE Fit, it wasn’t just about being leaner:

He became noticeably stronger, more energised, and more confident in what he was doing. Training stopped feeling like an endless grind with no clear return. Instead, it became something he could see, feel, and measure - in the mirror, in the weights he was lifting, and in how he moved through his day.

For someone who had already proven he could show up, the real shift was this: he finally had a structure that rewarded that effort.

In Christos’ words:

“In just over 6 months, I have become a lot healthier and stronger, and I am looking forward to the next steps! Approachable and knowledgeable, I highly recommend Adam and his personal training facility in Leeds.”

Today, Christos has more than a standout set of numbers. He has a long-term framework he can build on, and the reassurance that when he puts the work in, the results will follow.

Harmeet: from “just existing” to finally feeling free

When Harmeet first came to THRIVE Fit, she felt stuck in a loop she couldn’t break out of. Most days carried the same heavy feeling: low in mood, low in energy, and even lower in confidence.

She didn’t feel her best mentally, and she didn’t feel like herself physically either. The two kept feeding into each other. The worse she felt in her body, the more her headspace dipped. The more her headspace dipped, the harder it was to do anything about it. It started to feel like a vicious cycle with no obvious way out.

Walking back into a gym after more than four years away only added to that weight. The environment felt unfamiliar. Free weights and strength equipment looked intimidating. Lifting properly with a barbell or dumbbells wasn’t just new - it was completely outside her comfort zone.

But underneath the doubt, there was a clear intention: she didn’t just want to “get a bit fitter.” She wanted to feel better in herself, inside and out. She wanted to rebuild trust in her body, and find a version of training that didn’t leave her feeling worse about herself.

In those early weeks at THRIVE Fit, the focus was simple: small, repeatable wins. Getting her back into an exercise routine - introducing strength training in a way that felt safe, supported and achievable, whilst making her nutrition work for her. The goal wasn’t to get it perfect, it was to steadily create progress she could actually feel.

That’s where the shift started. As her food choices became more consistent, her energy levels began to climb. Sessions that had once felt daunting turned into moments where she surprised herself. Each time she learned a new lift, added a little weight to the bar, or moved with more control, it chipped away at the old story that she “couldn’t do this”.

Over time, the compound effect of those small steps became obvious. Harmeet started to notice the changes in how her clothes fit, in the shape and strength of her body, and in the way she carried herself day to day. The gym stopped feeling like a place of pressure and became somewhere she could see just how far she’d come.

The transformation wasn’t just physical. Feeling stronger in her body gave her more mental clarity. Stress felt easier to manage. Life outside the gym felt lighter because she wasn’t dragging the same level of self-doubt around with her. Instead of simply getting through the week, she started to feel like she was actually living it.

In Harmeet’s words:

“I didn’t feel my best mentally, and I didn’t look my best physically, which made me feel even worse. It was a vicious, never-ending cycle. I look after my body a lot more now and I’m mindful what I eat and drink. I genuinely can’t believe the size of the weights I can now lift compared to when I first started. I feel free. I feel happy. I feel like I’m actually living, not just existing.”

Today, Harmeet is stronger than she’s ever been, both in the gym and in herself. She has a body she feels at home in, habits she trusts, and a sense of freedom that comes from knowing she’s firmly back in control.

J: from “fitting fitness in” to thriving on all fronts

When J first came to THRIVE Fit, it wasn’t because he’d “let things go.” On the surface, he was doing what many busy professionals see as enough. He was a senior leader in a global organisation, constantly on the move with work. There were early trains, late flights, packed days of meetings and decisions, and weekends reserved for family time.

Cardio had always been his go-to, but underneath that, there was a gap he couldn’t quite ignore: Strength training felt unfamiliar.

The idea of lifting properly, progressing safely, and actually building muscle wasn’t something he’d ever had structure around. He knew it mattered for long-term health, performance and resilience… he just couldn’t see how to make it fit around a diary that barely had room to breathe.

On paper, it looked almost impossible: How do you add focused strength work and better nutrition into a life already stretched by travel, stress and responsibility?

That’s the question we set out to solve together. Instead of forcing J to bend his life around a rigid programme, we built the programme around his life. We looked closely at his real weeks - travel days, key meetings, family commitments, and created a structure that could live alongside them, not compete with them.

Sessions were short, sharp and purposeful, designed to deliver maximum return in the time he actually had. No fluff, no wasted exercises, no aimless time in the gym. Just clear, targeted strength work that progressed week by week and complemented the cardio base he already had.

When it came to nutrition, rather than asking him to overhaul his eating or carry Tupperware through airports, we focused on simple, practical adjustments: better choices in hotels and restaurants, realistic portions, and strategies he could rely on when the day didn’t go to plan. The aim wasn’t perfection, it was consistency he could maintain from London to long-haul.

Across just 16 weeks, the impact was clear: He dropped over 9% body fat whilst gaining 2.9kg of muscle. His strength and performance in the gym went from “this is new territory” to moving confidently under the bar and feeling genuinely powerful.

But the numbers aren’t the only part of J’s story. He started to notice the difference in places that mattered just as much as the gym floor: how he felt stepping into high-pressure meetings; how quickly he recovered from travel; how present he could be with his family at the weekends because he wasn’t running on empty.

What began as a focused 12-week block became something more important . He built a body that supported his life, rather than being worn down by it and he gained confidence in his strength with the reassurance that he could keep performing at a high level without sacrificing his wellbeing.

This wasn’t about squeezing fitness into the gaps - it was about building a strategy that allowed him to thrive in all areas at the same time.

Jack: from injury setbacks to the best shape of his life

When Jack came to THRIVE Fit, he was stuck in a cycle he couldn’t seem to break. An injury had thrown his routine off track, so every time he tried to build momentum, pain or niggles would pull him backwards again. Underneath the stalled progress was the frustration of knowing that what he was doing clearly wasn’t working, but not quite knowing how to fix it.

He knew something had to change but the idea of personal training came with its own anxiety. Jack didn’t really know what to expect from working one-to-one with a coach. Would it be intimidating? Would he be judged for where he was starting from? Would he be pushed too hard, too soon, and end up feeling even more beaten up than before? Those questions made taking the first step feel daunting.

So when he walked through the door at THRIVE Fit, the priority wasn’t to throw him straight into a hard session - it was to listen. We spent time understanding what his injury history looked like, what his weeks really involved, and where his confidence was at. The aim was simple: build a plan that respected his body, gave him structure, and rebuilt trust in the process.

We didn’t hand Jack a generic plan: we gave him a tailored approach that joined the dots between his training, nutrition and recovery. In the gym, every session had a clear purpose. Weights, reps and exercises were chosen to build his strength, and give him wins he could feel. With his nutrition, we made sure his meals weren’t just “healthy”, but varied, enjoyable and realistic for his lifestyle too. so he could actually stick with them.

Through all of that, the early wins came quickly: he saw his numbers move as his strength grew, and his body composition began to shift in the right direction. That combination of physical changes and strength progress gave him momentum. Over 24 weeks, that momentum added up to big changes.

Jack’s weight came down by 6.3kg, his body fat dropped by 10.6%, and his muscle mass increased by 1.8kg. Visually, he was in the best shape of his life, looking leaner, stronger and more athletic. But it wasn’t just about appearance.

He trusted his body again, feeling fitter and moving better, rather than bracing for the next setback. The anxiety that had once surrounded training was replaced by confidence: he knew what to do, how to do it, and that it worked.

In Jack’s words:

“THRIVE Fit really goes the extra mile and you get a tailored, personalised experience. Great city centre location and very flexible when it comes to fitting in sessions around work and other commitments. Would highly recommend!”

Today, Jack is stronger, fitter and more confident than when he walked in on that first day in January. He’s got results he can see and feel - and the structure to keep building on them.

Jemma: from crash dieting to a way of living she can actually keep

When Jemma reached out to THRIVE Fit, she wasn’t new to trying to change her body…in fact, she’d been “on a health kick” more times than she cared to count. There was a familiar pattern, particularly when a holiday came into view.

She’d look ahead a few weeks, realise she didn’t feel comfortable in her body, and flick the switch to “all-in” mode. Food intake got slashed and she’d throw herself into long runs and extra cardio, trying to burn off as much as she could, as quickly as possible. For a short while, it usually worked…at least on the surface, but it was never built to last.

The combination of near-starvation and punishing cardio was exhausting. At some point, usually just after the holiday, it would become impossible to maintain. The “plan” would slip, then disappear completely, and before long Jemma would find herself right back where she’d started. Every time she returned to this approach, it felt harder to recreate the same results. What had once been uncomfortable started to feel almost impossible. The idea that she could be confident in a bikini without starving herself began to feel like wishful thinking.

By the time she reached out, Jemma wasn’t just tired of dieting, she was tired of the all-or-nothing mindset that came with it. So we built her plan from a different starting point: sustainability first.

Instead of cutting her calories to the floor and piling on more cardio, we focused on giving her a structure she could genuinely live with. Strength training became the core of her routine, providing something she learned to enjoy and feel proud of. Sessions were designed to fit her weeks, and to build confidence as much as fitness. Rather than banning the food she enjoyed, we worked out how to include what she enjoyed without derailing progress.

Slowly, the story started to change. As the inches came off consistently, she didn’t feel deprived…she felt in control. Instead of seeing holidays as deadlines she had to suffer her way towards, Jemma began to see them as checkpoints.

Physically, she dropped body fat and moved towards the physique she’d always tried to chase with extreme diets. Her clothes fit better and she liked how she looked in swimwear, especially when she didn’t starve herself to get there. And then there was the mental shift.

Her confidence in the gym grew from almost nothing to being comfortable right in the thick of it. She found herself using equipment she’d once avoided, lifting weights she never imagined she’d manage, and feeling like she belonged there. Weekends and time away stopped being a source of guilt. She could enjoy the food, the wine and the company, knowing she had the tools and structure to slide back into her routine without drama.

Most importantly, Jemma proved to herself that she didn’t have to choose between enjoying her life and feeling good in her body. She could have both because she’d committed to a plan that respected her, her lifestyle and her limits.

In Jemma’s words:

“Prioritising the gym and eating well is just part of my life now and not even an effort. I’m going on holiday tomorrow and for the first time I’m not worried about wearing a bikini or starved myself before going. I never thought that would be me!”

Matthew: from “feeling rotten” to becoming the role model he wanted to be

When Matthew first reached out, he summed up where he was in three words: “I feel rotten.”

He wasn’t a stranger to weight loss. In fact, he’d already had a big “success story” before. He’d joined a slimming group, followed the plan, and seen the kind of before-and-after change people remember. For a while, it worked, people noticed and the compliments wee coming in.

But in 2020, life shifted. Lockdown hit, his routine was completely disrupted, and the structure he’d relied on slowly disappeared. At first, the weight regain was gradual: a few pounds here and there, but over time it added up. The harder part wasn’t just seeing the number on the scale move, it was what came with it.

He started to feel embarrassed at the idea of bumping into people who remembered his old “after” photo. Days out that should have been fun felt heavy before they even started. Swimming and active time with his two young boys became something he put off - not because he didn’t care, but because he didn’t like how he felt in his own skin.

By the time he contacted THRIVE Fit, Matthew didn’t need another trendy programme or a strict meal plan. He needed something more fundamental: structure he could trust, support that didn’t vanish after a few weeks, and a simple system that worked with his real life as a dad, not against it. So that’s where we focused:

We stripped away the noise and built a plan that was intentional rather than ‘just’ intense. We designed his sessions around where he was starting from, the past experience he had, and the results he wanted to achieve. The goal wasn’t to punish him into shape, but to create steady progress he could sustain.

Like all transformations, we adjusted his nutrition alongside it too. Instead of vague “good” and “sinful” foods, we looked at food quality, portions, and patterns in a way that felt manageable. No crash diets or extremes, just realistic changes that added up over time.

The numbers that followed tell only one side of the story: Matthew lost 30kg and a total of 40 inches, he got back into size 36 jeans, and his clothes felt comfortable again. The mirror reflected the work he was putting in, instead of reminding him of old setbacks. But the deeper change showed up in how he lived.

He started swimming again with his boys, being present in the moment instead of hiding in the background. Days out became something to look forward to instead of avoid and he developed a sense of pride that he was becoming the example he wanted to be for his family.

In Matthew’s words:

“If you are looking for someone to help and guide you through your fitness journey, be that fat loss or improved movement, I totally recommend THRIVE Fit. They have helped me work through both the good times and more challenging times.

In the past I have tried many plans but this is by far the most rewarding and effective way for me. I wish I had started working with them earlier.”

Today, Matthew has far more than a dramatic set of stats. He has his confidence back, his energy back, and his place firmly in the picture with his boys…not watching from the sidelines.

Peter: from stop–start training to the leanest he’s been in 10 years

When Peter first came to THRIVE Fit, his biggest barrier wasn’t effort. It was consistency.

He’d go through familiar cycles: a few good months of training, then work, life and socials would creep in. Sessions would slip, habits would slide, and before long he felt like he was back at square one again. Each restart came with that same sinking feeling that all his previous work had been undone. On top of that, he knew what he didn’t want. He wasn’t into big group classes or a coach shouting clichés over loud music. And he definitely didn’t want a copy-and-paste programme that could have been handed to anyone. He wanted structure that was built around his body, his life, and his goal.

That stop–start pattern started to grate more when a clear deadline appeared. With Glastonbury in three months, Peter didn’t just want to “get by” physically. He wanted to turn up feeling genuinely confident in his body for the first time in years.

The problem was, past experience told him how easily intentions could slip. He’d tried working alone. He’d tried writing his own plans. Progress was slow, motivation dipped, and nothing really stuck. The thought of going through another three months of half-results and frustration wasn’t appealing. That’s when the question shifted from “Can I do this on my own?” to “What could I do with the right plan and full commitment?”

With a three-month window on the calendar, Peter made a decision: “Let’s see what I can really do with the right plan and full commitment.”

He reached out to THRIVE Fit and we mapped out what that would look like in real terms. Not just in our gym, but around his work, recovery and social life. From the first sessions, the focus was clear: this wasn’t about hammering him into the ground, it was about precision.

Every part of Peter’s plan was built around his personal goals:

  • His training programme was specific to the result he wanted, not a recycled template.
  • His nutrition was set up to support fat loss and muscle gain without banning his social life.
  • His recovery was treated as a priority, not an afterthought.

Over 12 weeks, the numbers told one part of the story. Peter dropped nearly 8% body fat and added close to 3kg of muscle. He walked into that festival the leanest he’d been in a decade, feeling like the work he’d put in was written all over his physique.

But the real transformation went beyond the photos. Peter proved to himself that he could work towards an ambitious health goal without overhauling his entire routine or giving up the social life he enjoys. Nights out, events, and plans stayed in the calendar - they were just navigated with more structure and confidence.

By the end of the 12 weeks, he felt confident in his body and the habits behind it. He was finally in control of his meals and training, instead of winging it. It was clear to Peter that this wasn’t a short-term shred, it was something he could keep doing for the long term.

In Peter’s words:

“The team are super helpful and we built my programming exactly around my personal goals. If I ever had any questions outside of the sessions they were also more than happy to help.

I've seen so much more progress in 12 weeks than in months of working alone! There was an expectation that there would be positive results but I didn't imagine them to be as good as they were.

I can work towards my health goals without overhauling my routine, which feels easy to continue doing going forward.”

Today, Peter has more than just a standout 12-week result. He has a framework he can rely on, the reassurance that consistency is possible for him, and the lived proof that he can be the leanest he’s been in years without putting his life on hold.

Pooja: from “things just happening” to feeling like a completely different person

When Pooja first came to THRIVE Fit, she didn’t see herself as “unhealthy”. On paper, she felt like she was doing a lot of the right things, but day to day, her body was telling a different story. She felt sluggish more often than not, her weight was creeping up, and she couldn’t quite understand why. She had a rough idea of what she needed to do, but the thought of having to figure it all out by herself felt overwhelming. Without any real structure or accountability, it was easy to drift and hope things would somehow improve on their own.

The real wake-up call came with pain.

After a spell of really bad back pain, her GP sent her to a physio. The assessment was blunt: her back issues weren’t random, they were linked to a weak core. Hearing that at 25 years of age hit hard. If her body already felt this worn down now, what was it going to feel like in another five or ten years without change?

On top of that, Pooja was living with type 2 diabetes. She knew if nothing shifted, the combination of pain, low energy and a long-term health condition could put her in a much worse place in the years ahead. That mix of discomfort, fear and frustration was the tipping point - she wanted to feel strong, capable and in control of her health.

So she started personal training with us at THRIVE Fit.

From the beginning, the focus was simple and clear: build strength, protect her back, and give her a framework she could trust. Sessions were designed around her body and her starting point, not an idealised version of what she “should” be able to do. As her confidence grew, so did the challenge. Weights increased, movements became more controlled, and the gym slowly turned from an intimidating environment into a space where she could see herself changing, rep by rep.

Very quickly, the impact went beyond the numbers on a programme. Pooja began to feel stronger in everyday life. Her back pain eased and then disappeared. Tasks that had once felt surprisingly hard, like carrying a heavy bag, started to feel manageable then easy. The story she told herself shifted from “I’m weak” to “I’m getting stronger,” and then simply “I am strong.”

As her strength and stamina grew, so did her sense of what she was capable of outside training. When tough tasks or big decisions came up, she had proof to lean on: if she could show up to sessions, do hard things there, and keep going when it got uncomfortable, she could do the same in other areas of her life. That mindset led her to opportunities she wouldn’t have gone for before (including a new job she once would have talked herself out of applying for!)

Instead of feeling passive and disconnected from her health, Pooja now feels actively involved in it. Training and nutrition aren’t a mysterious world that other people understood and she doesn’t. With each month of consistency, progress became visible and tangible. That brought with it something she’d been missing: self-respect. She started loving herself more, paying closer attention to what her body needed, and making choices from a place of care rather than guilt.

In Pooja’s words:

“I started loving myself more again. I feel stronger, my back pain has basically gone, my posture changed, and I feel so much better in my body.

I used to tell people how weak I am, and now I tell them how strong I have become. My capacity to do hard things has changed. I’ve even gotten a new job that I would’ve never went for without the confidence I gained from training.

I feel like a completely different person (in the best way possible).”

Sonam: from stuck at 70kg to confident, lean and thriving at 61kg

When Sonam first came to THRIVE Fit, she wasn’t starting from zero. She’d spent time in gyms before and she understood the basics of nutrition. On paper, she was doing a lot of the “right” things, but in reality, her progress had stalled.

Her weight hovered around 70kg, never really settling in a place she felt good about. Some weeks it dropped, others it crept back up. Energy came and went, and with every fluctuation, the same doubts showed up: should she be eating more, or less? Training harder, or backing off? Was this just how her body was going to be?

Like a lot of busy women juggling work, life and everything in between, she wasn’t lacking effort. What she was missing was clarity and structure. Her training was there, but it wasn’t consistently targeted. Her nutrition knowledge was there, but without a clear framework, it turned into second-guessing rather than confidence.

By the time she reached out to THRIVE Fit, Sonam didn’t need another complicated plan or a list of new rules to follow. She needed the noise turning down…so that’s where we started.

We stripped things back to the essentials. No crash diets, excessive cardio, or pushing her into sessions that left her exhausted but no closer to her goal. Instead, we focused on short, efficient strength sessions that actually moved the needle, and a nutrition setup that felt sustainable rather than restrictive.

Her training was built to fit the rest of her life, not fight against it. Sessions were purposeful and time-efficient, so she could train consistently without feeling like it was taking over her week. In the background, we set up simple accountability: regular check-ins, honest conversations, and support when real life inevitably got in the way.

On the nutrition side, the aim wasn’t perfection - it was consistency with flexibility. Rather than overhauling everything she ate, we helped her adjust portions, balance meals, and make informed choices that supported fat loss without cutting out the foods she enjoyed. Food stopped being something to constantly worry about, and became something she could manage with more ease.

Over the months that followed, the results started to build. Her weight moved from 70kg down to 61kg. Body fat dropped by almost 10%, and she did it while holding onto the muscle she’d already worked hard to build. The changes were obvious in progress photos, in the way her clothes fit, and in how she carried herself day to day.

But the numbers only tell part of the story. As the structure settled in, Sonam’s mindset shifted. Instead of feeling like progress was something fragile that could disappear at any moment, she began to trust the process. She knew why things were working. She knew what to do on the weeks that felt busier or more stressful, and she knew she wasn’t doing it alone. There was always someone to reach out to when she needed a tweak, an answer, or just a bit of reassurance.

That combination of steady results, clear structure and consistent support created something bigger than a single “goal weight.” It gave her a different relationship with her body and her habits. Confidence didn’t just come from seeing a smaller number on the scale; it came from knowing she could maintain what she’d built.

In Sonam’s words:

“I have been training here for almost a year now and my life has been changed. I achieved my goal weight but not only that, my lifestyle and mindset has been changed for the better.

I couldn’t recommend this gym more. They are always there whenever you need them, including outside the gym, no matter the query.”

Today, Sonam is leaner, stronger and more at ease in her own skin. She has the result she wanted, but more importantly, she has the confidence and structure to keep it, without feeling like her whole life has to revolve around it.
